some exchanges like Binance provide a MEMO on receiving side; I considered it as "massage" with "encrypted" checkbox-on on ardor desktop wallet in sending side. but it seems the MEMO section in blockchain remain empty.

that's right, the MEMO from Binance goes into the Message section on the Ardor wallet.
No need to encrypt the message (I'm not sure if it works if the message is encrypted).
Take a look at this example (but use your MEMO from Binance).
