After 2.2.3 version of ardor wallet, "Constants" file contain word list.
But how about before 2.2.3? Like 2.2.2 version or 2.1.2 etc.
I can't find the word list in older version.
With the introduction of the HD Wallet we switched the word list to the standard BIP39. You can find that on the BIP39 class. The legacy word list is available on the SecretSharingGenerator class file.

You mean older version (before 2.2.2) use BIP39(2048) words?
No, the other way around. BIP39 is used in the new HD Wallet (Seed option on the login page).
