I have 9 servers and zero rewards for the whole week to what's wrong?

Hi, I have exaclty the same, i have new wallet ARDOR-X2UJ-HYP9-LDLV-7JFXM and new server 192.99.55.14. I see that platform is ok, ports are opened and database is up to date, i've just checked it on Peer Explorer. I wait around 1 week and still no award. Please help. Is it any general problem? @petko.petkov

I made a mistake during the last update of the nodes responsible for running the rewards. The issue should now be resolved. The problem I caused affected new registrations for rewards, and I noticed that only the two of you attempted to register during the period of my error.
That said, it seems some of you encountered issues on your end as well. For example, the account ARDOR-X2UJ-HYP9-LDLV-7JFXM registered a node with the transaction 2:07f029994211eebdb0925f18ec87ca41fb9189617a1d1cf734dd0b20ef1c3d0f and received a response from the contract in 2:94b60c73bae05e3fdee39fe1b31baab772de7e48425a163fcc26b66111350024. From that reply, you're supposed to retrieve a token and set it in the nxt.myPlatform= configuration of your node. Then, restart the node after updating the configuration.
However, it seems that the correct token wasn’t set in that field—perhaps an old token is still there?
Here’s what I suggest: I’ve fixed the issue on my side. Please re-register your nodes and follow the proper procedure. Let me know if you encounter further issues. Thanks!
