Node reward payment stopped several times recently for both "Ardor" and "NXT".
Did the mainnet update affect the lightweight contract?
What caused this?
The recent shortages aren't directly related to new release. The nodes were indeed upgraded to the latest version and the reboot of them surfaced a problem with the number of messages required to process for the node.
Indeed, the Node Reward Program has seen a very good reception and we have several thousand registration messages that the contract needs to process. We are aware of the issue and we are working on an updated version of the contract designed to handled a much higher number of registration messages.
