I had a nxt and ardor papr wallet. I am trying to log in . My passphrase when i enter i get message it is from ungistered account ... haow can i see if i still have tokens
If it is a passphrase from before HD accounts were introduced, and not a seed, make sure you are entering it after going to the Passphrase tab, not on the Seed initial screen. To only check the balance of your accounts you can log in with the account address only, after you click on Account, but of course to do transactions after that you will need to enter or scan the passphrase.
