please help me.
i made ignis wallet at 2018
and now i open my ignis again
and i want to transfer my ignis to marketplace for example bittrex or indodax
but it is need passphrase or private key
for the first time i made ignis wallet i dont create private key or passphrase
so now i don't have it

I'm sorry to hear that. If you lost your passphrase there's no way to recover your funds. Not by you not by anyone. Not even the developers. That's how a blockchain works.
