Ardor 3 Sign Transaction locally

Hey!

We used ardorjs for sign locally on the Ardor 2.x but it does not work with Ardor 3, as you know.... Any chance that you can help the community to upgrade ardorjs module or any other tips for Ardor users?

Thank you so much! I've applied your fixes into my own fork because mrv777 stop working on Ardor.
